Overloaded, probably not. Safe, also probably not. Average weight of a side-by-side is roughly 1000lbs. Putting that kind of weight up that high will significantly raise the center of gravity. Even with a weight distributing hitch, if and when that thing gets "squirrelly" it will be damn near uncontrollable. I carried high cube freight for years in a tractor trailer and always hated those loads and my big truck was made for that.
This is just another example of "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should".
