Bed Problems

Hey Gang,

I finally got my Monty back from the shop today after a week, power converter and new tire later.
I have a queen sized mattress which is on the hydraulic shock lift plywood with the storage under the bed. The queen mattress is on the standard full size plywood which came with the trailer when brand new. The hinges where the plywood meets the bed frame came loose from the plywood which lifts with the hydraulic shocks. I tried to screw them back in with no luck because of the stripped threads. So tonight Leon and I went and purchased a piano hinge which goes all the way across the plywood. We have it screwed on but something tells me we are going to have more problems in a short time. Call t been there done that intuition.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so what is the best solution?

Thanks in advance!
Phil
