If a system reset doesn’t clear the error do this...
.. remove shore power
.. turn main battery disconnect off
This removes 12 VDC power up to Zone 1 and Zone 2 control modules ...they are powered on 100% of the time if you have battery power or shore power
Wait a few minutes then turn battery disconnect on and apply shore power.. observe CCC2 operation and see if issue cleared.. if not try another reset
