How did you hook up the power from your house? Are you using a standard 15 amp extension cord? If so, check that the ground is good in that cord. I had a similar issue with a brand new cord. Plugged in my old camper and about knocked myself across the driveway when I touched the rear bumper. Replaced the cord and problem gone.
Even if you are using the 30, or 50 amp cord plugged into the proper receptacle, check the ground in the cord and plug.
