Pretty well all the SRW F350s are running either 3.31 or 3.55 gears. DRW gears are limited to 3.73 on the 350s and 4.30 on the 450s.
The F450s are now running 17 inch wheels instead of the 19.5s. 17s give a higher speed rating yet lower load rating per tire??
Test drove one (Lariat 350 SRW) on Monday with 3.55 gears; nice truck all around; very quiet!
Will stay with mine for a year or two. 2011s are still job 1 trucks and I am sure there will be some changes in the next few months with fine tunning.
