I am having issues with my DirectTV. The Winguard won't lock in on the satelite. It worked when I was in Southern California, but won't work at the new location I am at near Parker Az. Do you need to contact DirectTV when you travel state to state? I have contacted them a number of times regarding this, and they don't offer much help.
