The next door neighbor in the park we are in has a Blackstone. He is envious of my GMG Davy Crockett and I am envious of his Blackstone. There are things that the Blackstone is far better at than the GMG but then the Blackstone can not slow smoke a brisket, pork butt or ribs. The Blackstone can not cook a nice sirloin with a cook wood smoke taste.
The each have their strong points but I would never give up my GMG for a Blackstone if that was the only appliance I could have. Now if I could have both....
