as for the people who like to SAVE the soiled TP , hoping it will INCREASE in value why not rip out the sink vanity and just put in a small college type refrigerator with a pail inside.This way you would never have any smell..... and to pun it...you could always have a COLD ONE

Who said anything about saving it? I only read different ways of DISPOSAL.....
