The rv looks and sounds very nice but You will probably still have to eat most of the improvements. Any financial institution financing the rv will look at model and year model and see what the book says. I have a ton of improvements like disc brakes.i.s. , and mcd shades along with many more improvements but banks don't really care about that. It's very easy for someone to get up side down on these rv's and that is the way the banks will look at it. You will be very lucky if you get 25% of your improvements back. Good luck with the sale.
