Ha! This thread REALLY makes me laugh. I said, back in April 1988, when I get out of the Army, I'll never exercise another day in my life! And you know what? April 1, 1988 rolled around, I was discharged, and I've held true to my word!
(Now, I love to hike, we have a canoe, bicycle, and have acreage to maintain. I split my own fire wood (we heat with wood), harvest our own trees, and constantly building or repairing something for myself, or someone else.
I'm 65 years old now, and still have not faultered from my commitment on April 1, 1988. I've never "exercised" since then.
