For us it is the opposite. After being burned by Forest River twice tried Heartland and it was OK. Still not happy we tried a Cougar and liked it enough to stay with Keystone. Last was an HC and now a Montana. We would have kept the HC if another HC or a Montana did not have a floor plan we wanted.
