My 2008 3400RL mfg'd in 2007 had re-certification to 110 PSI. The certification was on the inside of the rim. The old certification was hard-stamped into the rim. The new certification was a stick-on label. I called Tredit and they stated that Keystone wanted them re-certified to 110 PSI. So I gues putting a sticker on it re-certified it (China you know!)
