My 2007 3075RL and a friend’s 2008 3295RK had the TVs mounted to a metal “sled” for lack of a better word. It was a flat metal plate with a spring catch on the rear. There was a flat metal plate under it that was screwed to the cabinet. The sled slid into that metal plate and the spring catch latched to the rear. Hopefully that makes sense.

In any event, the only way to get the TV out was to press down on the catch and slide the TV out. Mine backed up to the wall of the toilet room. In there, there was a square plastic plate on the all covering an opening I could reach thru and reach the catch. On his there was a similar covered opening on a side wall of the TV cabinet he could reach thru and reach the catch. Look for something similar.
