Our HC362RD heat pump quits blowing any warm air around 48/degrees outside, which is normal for the heat pump feature. Check your breaker for the fireplace. Are you using the remote, or the buttons on the fireplace. The outside propane vent is very hot and will burn you if you come into contact with it, and that is normal.
