For those who may wish to enjoy some of the local area by pedal power, we are about a quarter mile from Abshire Park which is mile marker 0 for both the Pumpkinvine Nature and Bike Trail which runs 16 miles northeast to Shipshawana and the MapleCity and MapleHart Greenway Trail that runs about 9 miles northwest through Elkhart. To reach Abshire Park, depart the front gate and take a left. Take a right on Blackport Drive and the next left on Dykstra Ave for half a block and your there. More info:
