Welcome to the forum and you will love the montana high country. We have the 343RL , all the High country models are made to be hauled with a 3/4 ton truck. I dont have a slider hitch in my truck and can angle it 90 degrees and mine is a short bed. You will be fine> Good luck and enjoy
