Look inside your Samsung, (refrigerator) and see if you have a little "thing" that looks like this:
If you do, pull it out.
Once it is out, you can look in the hole. If you see ice, you need to simply defrost the ice build up. If it pops out, it's built up with ice enough to push that button out of it's hole. Defrost. With everything iced up, nothing will work right.
