In Oregon the dealer is by law required to pump the GAS but you may pump your own diesel.
At every station an attendent did come out to pump our diesel and in every case I indicated I prefer to pump my own. The attendent said fine and walked away.
On the coast the prices were all in the area of 2.99 to 3.19
