Sail switch is good.
I would swap the 15A black self resetting fuse with a regular blue one.
There was a time when there was a bad batch of control boards out there. However they only went bad in extream cold below freezing temperatures.
Put a hair dryer blowing on the control board to bring it back to life. If you have to replace the control board i would go with a dinosaur board.
