If water got to the sub floor below the carpet/floor covering, it will NEVER dry out without removing the carpet/floor covering. The osb subfloor will just stay wet and rot away into a moldy stinky mess.
Also, if water was leaking to the out side, coming from inside, then the insulation in the floor is also wet and may never dry out.
You need to have a pro look at your trailer. It just MAY very well be a total lose.
