I agree with Brad. I would show them the check list and let them know you are planning on doing a through check. If you get an attitude then make sure they know you will not sign until it is fixed. I had some minor problems, screens missing. They were ordered, I still have not received them. With that thought you may want to negotiate with them to hold a portion of the final payment until the "new" unit is complete. Right now my "Marine" attitude is coming out so let your conscious be your guide.
As Brad said, "It is not yours until you pay for it and drive it off the lot." Hold them responsible.
