Personally even if this unit is loaded the price seems a bit high to me, but, that could depend on your area of the country.
This is a used unit, yes?? I believe that the Man. Sug. Ret. on that unit when we purchased same last year, same model, same year, no washer/dryer but prepped, was around $47,000.
OK, guys, isn't there a blue book online site for prices of used units?? Someone in the know jump in here and lets get these kids ON THE ROAD!
