If you arrive on the seventh you won't need to check in with the office. Your site will be good unless you get in early enough that the previous occupant if there was one has not checked out yet. This doesn't happen very often but if checkout is noon (I don't know what it is) than that is when they have to leave. They will (if anyone was even there) usually check out earlier. We will have some check ins the sixth or earlier. There should be someone there to check you in on the seventh. Elkhart county probably won't know who will be on your site or when they are leaving until right before the seventh. My experience in the past is that I get in early, stop by the office and ask if my site is open. Sometimes they know my site, sometimes I tell them and then they let me know if it is open. If it is not, then you just have to wait until they leave. If you have previously registered for a date other than the seventh, you need to let the WMs know you are coming in early. You will have to pay the WMs cash for the nights that you have not already registered for. See this thread for instructions.
