Check with Montana and find out what the towing capacity is for the bumper. The hitch itself will handle the load your talking about but, I’m sure the bumper won’t. These bumpers were only designed to carry around 250-300lbs. Also curt specifies that only rv approved accessories are to be mounted to it. I wouldn’t do it.
