Welcome from Central Oregon. We have a similar floor in our present 5th/W. It's a really good floor plan. I think you will enjoy either trailer. We had a HC back in 2012. It was a great trailer. Its only down fall was it only had one AC and it needed two. I really don't think you would be disappointed with either one.
