The Level-Up "brain" has been known to occasionally loses it's sense of level resulting in this effect even when on level ground. The solution is to level the coach manually then reset the brain's memory. The process is documented in the Level-Up manual. Basically it is turning the system on then off, pressing the Front button exactly 10 times, then pressing the Rear button another 10 times, and following the subsequent prompts.
