My 1350 failed after about 4 months. Dometic authorized a mobile repair service to come out and repair. When the guys took out the cooling unit they said had never seen what looked like packing still attached to unit. So Dometic was given a model #, and serial #. Guess what, the cooling unit we received was not for a 1350. This was 6 weeks ago and we needed to come home from FL. Going back to FL next week n supposedly the correct unit is waiting on us for installation.
