Part of your fix should include finding the cause of the scratch occurring. Look for staples or other sharp projection on the slide’s underside. Delrin adhesive backed pucks (available at hardware store) or strips glued to the underside can also prevent the vinyl flooring from further damage. Another possible fix would be to raise the slide out a small amount via the adjustment bolts/nuts under the slide out.
