I know the thread is old, but I have same fridge and similar problem.
We bought ours last fall and just setting up for first real camp trip in it. I have full hookup in my shop here so I have everything turned on but the ice maker is not working.
I found shut off valve under sink and turned that on. I don't have a second valve on mine - but I did go under the slide and disconnect the line and water comes out so I know there's water to the fridge.
I have tried resetting power, and tried the reset button but no matter how long I press it or how many times nothing happens at all.
I'm thinking if I have to pay $100 for a new ice maker I may just get the counter top maker and be done with it since they seem to be pretty junky.
