It's not sap. It's just black streaks. The unit sat under pine trees during this years pollen season. Not sure just what it is.
Since Black Streak Remover had little effect I was looking for other solutions.
I think I'm gonna try the Nu Finish first.
I was afraid to try anything too harsh. Pretty sure I have used something like "Awesome" Since it didn't eat Phil and Cathy's siding, I guess I'll try it next.
