Check the top of your slides to make sure the screws holding the outer trim around the slide haven't penetrated the roofing. (Mine did)
THEN, check that the black rubber moulding on the outside at the bottom where the lower J metal starts is sealed, a leak there will get your slide carpets wet.
Of course the obvious thing to check are the slide seals. Making sure they've deployed properly.
