As stated above, you can't trust the electronic gauges. And as stated above, put some water in your tank and go for a drive. Let it slosh around in the tank and then return to home base and dump it again. If anything is in there, this should break it free, and even clean the sensors too, or at least, maybe clean the sensors.
Wand down the toilet attached to a garden hose will help too.
