Never heard of baffles in tank and if it did then it would really be hard to clean. I could stand to have baffles in the fresh water tank then if only half full it wouldn't slosh around to much. Come to think of it, you may want to fill your black tank with fresh water and tank cleaner to 1/3 to 1/2 and travel a few miles that way and maybe then it might clean it out.
