Below are some guidelines recommended by someone who has "been there, done that"! :-)
1. You should have received a questionnaire in email that needs to be answered and returned!!! ASAP. And a picture!!!
Your name tags will be made with this information you provide.
2. Start Scanning "daily" the forum under the National Rally Group/Headline down at the bottom of the forum.
Making sure your name is on the list for events...

Sign up for potlucks!! Meet 'n Greet, Potluck Breakfast & Potluck dinner. More food the better!!! Yum!!!
Read/review the schedule (linked) as there may be changes.
You will get a book schedule at the Meet 'n Great as well as what you can expect for the rally days.
And what the Rally WagonMasters desire your respectfulness will be to the venders and other attendees.
So it would be of great value for you to attend this welcome Wednesday night.
Oh, and watch for UPDATES added to a link. That means you should read again for any changes pertaining to you.
