My curiosity couldn't take it any longer and I had to know what the dates are for sure. I always believed it was the 3rd Saturday of January. But after some back and forth with Kim King, the show promoter, it turns out that is not exactly correct. Here is the official date determination guide from Kim.

We always open the Saturday after the 3rd Friday of the month. The show across the street from us is Tyson Wells and him and my father ,who is the original owner of our show, worked out this way years ago. So we always open on the Saturday after the 3rd Friday in January.

So 1/22-30/2022 are the correct dates and I expect the Q gathering to adjust accordingly.

Good catch as I would have just trucked on assuming they would open on the 3rd Saturday.
