Since I put a role up Tonneau cover on I have the same problem now with the same hitch. I bought this and removed all the brackets and Velcroed just the camera inside and on the side of the box pointing at the ball and wired it to the tail lights. So when I need it just turn on the parking lights and hang the cell phone on a hook on the dash.
Cheap, not very good reviews but works for my purpose. Wife likes it cause she doesn't have to figure out how to tell me to move to line up.
