For those who might want to know....
I emailed Jeff Rank, General Manager at Keystone this morning. He promptly responded.
He told me he had been following my posts and expressed disapointment that I have not become a happy/satisfied owner and that my issues have not be "quickly and efficiently resolved".
He has forwarded my information to the Montana Service Department Team Leader. He further stated that the Team Leader would be contacting me soon to being the process of taking care of my concerns.
He also left the door open to contact him again if I feel that they are not adequately solving my issues.
I post back when I have more info.
