A radius corner mattress has round corners at the feet end of the bed unlike most mattresses that have corners that are more squared off. It's like they have put a round table at the corner and shaped the bed around it, therefore "radius corner" is the term. It supposedly allows better walking around room especially for King Size beds in RVs.
The RV version is probably cheaper since it probably contains less material to make it lighter in weight than a house version.
