Larry a great answer. I worry how many over look this question and make the move blindly.
I've hunted in SD many times and always follow the papers when there. Not much else to do when waiting for noon to start hunting. I've never heard of anyone having problems about there out of state insurance carriers. Believe me these papers would have printed it as hunters are a big business for SD.
I just missed opening weekend but just got a call to think about a quick trip in a few weeks. Love hunting. Just don't get much in anymore.
