We have the 12 cu ft Norcold single door. A couple years ago the catch basin under the coils inside the fridge would freeze up and water would run down onto the shelves. We cleaned out the catch basin and noticed the drain hose going out to the tray by the burner was full of water and that tray by the burner was full also. Ran a wire thru the drain hose and it was clear. But it kept happening. Talked with an RV shop and they gave us the same tips about checking the gasket on the doors. He also suggested I not put the drain hose into the pan by the burner, instead just leave it dangle outside the RV thru the louvered cover over the back of the fridge. No more problems. If I'm standing out there when the hose releases water, I can get soaked. I did insert a short piece of smaller hose into the end of the drain hose so that bugs couldn't get up into the hose.
