We had that same problem with our trailer. I was told more than once I was either underinflated or overweight which was not the case. I talked with a tech at Dexter and he had no idea what it might be. It turned out to be an alignment problem a combination of camber and toe in being off. We had our axles aligned 4 yrs. ago and everything is fine now.
