Picture of cylinders side by side and the extension, I used a coupling nut and Red Loctite.

That looks good. Lippert has test procedures posted to see if any other cylinders are bypassing. After looking at the piston seal in my kitchen slide, only half there, I decided to replace all 3 cylinders.
