That's why your first move is to contact Keystone with your pictures and story. It's rare, but I have heard of Keystone sending someone to get a rig and bring it back when the issue is bad enough. We had ours into the service center twice because we wanted the work done there. Both times we had to get it there ourselves, but we hauled it up from Kansas because we wanted the issue solved correctly.
