Sherri your issues don't sound bad. Both the propane vent and the heat pump operation are normal. It will take a while to get adjusted to all the aspects of a new trailer, and, I've never bought a new one without some kind of issue; just always hope it's not a bad one. Folks here can be a super resource for you if something comes up. The fireplace might just be unplugged but you may want the dealer to handle that under warranty if they will get you in.
