I have no idea what kind of hose we use (I can't even believe I'm posting on this thread ). However, one time during our first year of full-timing, when we had left the hose laying directly on the asphalt, we happened to be watching as the tanks were draining and saw pinholes develop as the hose shimmied on the rough surface. As a result, we're careful to not drag the hose on the ground and use supports (we use a Slunky) or lay it directly on grass only, our sewer hoses (even the Walmart cheapies) last much, much longer.
