I do (TST), but only because my tow vehicle does not have sensors. Yes, it would be redundant; unless you just want one system monitoring everything. If I had the option, I would use the OEM system on the tow vehicle.
For whatever reason (have to ask Ford) F-450's do not have a factory installed TPMS.
