It's a mess. I found the support piece - it's actually called a "ladder stand-off" and it's $8.40. Go figure... I don't think they came loose since the round piece that connects into the wall of the Monty was taken too and it had 4 screws holding it in. They actually had 5 different screws to deal with - different sizes and shapes between the stand-off, it's ladder screw and the end piece on another step..... They worked hard for that hardware....

If they would apply that to something good this world might be a better place.

Mike and Lorraine - sorry to hear about your misfortune too. It's a crying shame!

Thanks for the sympathy. We did move it to the opposite side of the campground near a security light. I'm thinking of the spy cam (even if I don't hook it to anything since I don't know how to do all that - they might THINK it is working....)
