I actually am in the process of installing my JT Stabilizers. I both bought the elephant feet and the regular stabilizer kit. I put the feet on actually first, and haven't really noticed much change if any (nor did I expect one). I actually think the elephant feet and shoes are probably more of a convenience item (i.e. no wood blocks, etc.) more than anything that would help stabilize.
