Reversing The Feed On A GFI Outlet

OK you electrical gurus. Can I reverse the line/load on a GFI outlet without tripping the GFI?

What I want to do is eliminate the need for using the 50 amp connector on the rear of my Montana when I only need a low draw (say less than 10 amps), temporary electrical connection. If I would not trip the GFI receptacle in the bathroom, I'd provide this temporary AC power wia a male connector plugged into the patio's AC outlet. I would in affect be revering the line/load connections on the GFI.

Hopefully the experts will tell me that this will only defeat the GFI but will not trip it.

Thanks,
Craig
