My dealer said the same thing but when I pointed out in the parts and sales room that the drip pans are right there in plain view the facial expression said it all.
Best thing is to go through it all and operate everything. The bed seems to be somewhat of an issue for some so raise and lower it a few times. I would even hook up and then drop/level at least once there. Self leveling for some has been an issue too.
